A user-centered portal facilitating student progress tracking, automated attendance, assignment management, and direct parent-teacher communications.
The Challenge
School administrators, teachers, and parents have completely different information needs. Creating a singular portal that serves all three audiences without becoming bloated is a classic software challenge.
We aimed to deliver a clean visual hub that personalizes dashboard cards based on the user persona, ensuring each role sees their highest priority notifications first.

Design Approach
We designed a highly structured dashboard with modular card units. Students see assignments and grades; teachers see active classes and pending reviews; parents see attendance logs.
Using a light, airy monochrome design system, we ensured high accessibility (WCAG AAA) across elements to make it fully readable on standard classroom screens.
Results & Impact
The platform is currently active across 12 pilot schools, with teachers reporting that it saves them up to 5 hours of administrative work per week.
Parent engagement rates rose by 50% due to simplified mobile access to student performance summaries.
