The Challenge
Enterprise logistics systems often suffer from cluttered interfaces, overwhelming data tables, and high latency. Our goal was to design an intuitive tracking dashboard that helps dispatchers monitor 100+ active routes simultaneously without cognitive overload.
We prioritized visual hierarchy, streamlined map details, and customizable analytical cards to ensure quick decision-making under high-pressure scenarios.

Design Approach
Through a series of interviews with logistics dispatchers, we established three core design pillars: Clarity, Immediate Actionability, and Visual Ergonomics.
We applied a dark monochrome theme to reduce eye strain during long night shifts, complemented by high-contrast primary indicators for active statuses, warnings, and delays.
Results & Impact
The redesigned system saw a 34% reduction in route dispatch times and a significant decline in operational errors.
Dispatchers reported high satisfaction with the dark mode visual styling, citing a major decrease in daily cognitive fatigue.
